FAQ
How do your bookings work?
A deposit of R8, 000 will be payable on your day of booking to secure your special day in my diary and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Should the date change an the Xia Brooks Photography crew in not available, the booking fee will be forfeited.
The balance outstanding is due 10 days before your wedding and not before then.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Limpopo, South Africa and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
Traveling to areas outside Polokwane, Limpopo and any toll fees will be added to your account.
Traveling charged @R8,50 p/km to the venue and back.
Should the wedding perform more than 150km from Polokwane, accommodation needs to be arranged for the Photography crew.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive all your photos within maximum 10 - 12 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story).
How many pictures will we receive?
For a 9 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 200 to 300 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
do you charge extra hours?
Extra hours can be booked @R800 p/hour, 23h00 being the latest.
Extra hours need to be arranged before the wedding.
